Kirkman® Children’s Multivitamin & Minerals with 5-MTHF is a potent, all-purpose vitamin and mineral supplement specially formulated for children. It contains higher potencies than most commercially sold multivitamins and offers trace minerals and coenzyme Q-10.
This new children’s multivitamin is based on our popular hypoallergenic Children’s Multivitamin and Mineral Capsules (#0299) but features folic acid (vitamin B-9) in 5-MTHF, its most bioavailable form. Unlike many children’s vitamins, it is hypoallergenic and free of artificial flavorings and colorings, and fish.

Couldn’t get past the taste
We couldn’t get into trying these because I couldn’t get them to take them. I tried one thinking they were being dramatic but they are pretty awful. I was disappointed because the ingredients loook great.
