We prepare our Artichoke extract from the leaf of Cynara cardunculus plants. We harvest Artichoke during both the spring and autumn from fields we farm in southern Oregon.

Artichoke tastes bitter, vegetal, salty and slightly aromatic.

Shake Well Before Using.
Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 or 3 times per day.
Best taken between meals.
